Customer Service Specialist (Tokyo) Japan

Job Description

1. Handle airline reservations and ticketing in accordance with company policies and procedures.

2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat to provide appropriate travel-related information and solutions.

3. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure high-quality customer service and support business operations.

4. Provide prompt support to customers in managing itinerary changes and resolving complaints during flight irregularities.

5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

 

1. 航空券の予約および発券業務を行う。

2. 電話やチャットでのお客様からの問い合わせに対応する。

3. 必要に応じて、営業部門や空港事務所などの関係部署と連携し、業務運営を支援する。

4. フライトのイレギュラー対応およびお客様クレーム対応を行う 他

 

Work Condition:

1. Shift work (based on an eight-hour workday between 8:00 and 18:00 ; working hours may be adjusted in accordance with company operational requirements)

2. Holidays: Public holidays designated by the Japanese government shall be allocated based on shift schedules.

3. Leave: Including but not limited to Annual Leave, Summer Leave, Sick Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave and Menstrual Leave.

4. Work Location: Tokyo, 1-minute walk from Kudanshita Station (Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway)

 

勤務条件:

1. 勤務時間:シフト勤務(1日実働 8時間)、コールセンター受付時間に応じて、8:00 ~ 18:00の間で設定

2. 休日: 年間休日120日以上

3. 休暇: 夏季休暇、年末年始、有給休暇(入社半年後より付与)、傷病休暇、産休・育休 他

4. 勤務地:

  • 東京:東京都千代田区九段南

  アクセス:

  • 最寄り駅(東京):東京メトロ・都営地下鉄 九段下駅 徒歩1分

 

Compensation:

1. Basic Salary: JPY 230,000~

    *3 month probationary period is required.

2. Bonus: Summer bonus and winter bonus

3. Allowance: Including but not limited to meal allowance, transportation subsidy and family/housing allowance as applicable.

4. Salary: Reviewed on an annual basis.

1. 給与・報酬:230,000円~(月給)

*試用期間3ヶ月(正社員、給与の減額等変更なし)

2. 賞与:年2回(夏季賞与・冬季賞与)

3. 手当:時間外手当、食事手当、通勤交通費実費支給、家族/住宅手当(条件に該当する場合)

4. 昇給:年1回(在籍期間の条件あり)

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of customer service experience.

2. Microsoft Office skills.

3. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Native level in Japanese (JLPT N1 is required), with the ability to communicate in English.

6. Possess the legal right to work in Japan.

7. Previous airline experience will be a plus.

8. Demonstration of skills and knowledge in Amadeus systems will be a plus.

 

1. カスタマーサービス業務経験2年以上

2. Microsoft Officeの実務的スキル

3. 優れた対人関係能力とコミュニケーション能力

4. 語学力

・日本語:ネイティブレベル(外国籍の方は日本語能力試験N1必須)

・英語:日常会話レベル、読み書き必須

5. 日本における就労資格保有

6. 航空業界経験者優遇

7. 予約管理(Amadeus)システムの知識・スキルがあれば尚可
