1. Supervise partnering cargo GHA by monitor their on-site performance and ensure operational quality.

2. Ensure operational procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.

3. Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and inspections of cargo GHA activities.

4. Coordinate with relevant parties to accomplish flight operation.

5. Handle cargo irregularities and respond to customer complaints.

6. Manage ULDs (Unit Load Devices) and cargo operation equipment inventory.

7. Assist with cargo general affairs and administration duties.

8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Condition:

1. Shift work  (based on an eight-hour workday between the hours of 00:00 and 24:00, with actual work shifts determined by flight schedules.)

2. Holidays:  Public holidays designated by the Japanese government shall be allocated based on shift schedules.

3. Leave: Including but not limited to Annual Leave, Summer Leave, Sick Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave and Menstrual Leave.

4. Work Location: Narita Airport

 

勤務条件:

1. 勤務時間: シフト勤務（1日実働 8時間）、フライトスケジュールに応じて、00:00 ～ 24:00の間で設定

2. 休日: 年間休日120日以上

3. 休暇: 夏季休暇、有給休暇（入社半年後より付与）、傷病休暇、産休・育休　他

4. 勤務地: 成田空港 (NRT)

 

Compensation:

1. Basic Salary: JPY 230,000~

    *3 month probationary period is required.

2. Bonus: Summer bonus and winter bonus.

3. Allowance: Including but not limited to Meal Allowance, Airport Allowance, Transportation Subsidy and Family/Housing Allowance as applicable.

4. Salary: Reviewed on an annual basis.

*試用期間3ヶ月（正社員、給与の減額等変更なし）

2. 賞与：年2回（夏季賞与・冬季賞与）

1. Minimum 2 years' working experience. Experience in air cargo industry is a plus.

2. Can work rotating shifts including night shifts, public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

3. Depending on business and operation necessity, may be asked to work overtime. 

4. Willing to travel to other work locations or cities to support operations as necessary.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

6. Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.

7. Possess the legal right to work in Japan.

8. Preferred: Possess air cargo export/import operation experience and is familiar with local air cargo market. And obtain Dangerous Goods training record.
